Every year Claxton Families and the PTO, together, make a point to thank the staff and teachers of our school for working tirelessly to ensure Claxton’s success and that our kids have a safe environment to learn and thrive.
One way we show our appreciation is by having Staff Appreciation Luncheons provided by Claxton families. We have four luncheons scheduled this school year and we ask each grade to help with one meal. This year’s luncheon dates are:
- 5th grade hosting: Monday, September 16, 2019
- 4th grade hosting: Wednesday, October 9, 2019
- 2nd & 3rd grade hosting: Friday, January 24, 2020
- K & 1st grade hosting: Friday, March 13, 2020
A sign-up sheet requesting donations and volunteers will be shared in The Buzz and via email in advance of each luncheon. On the date of the luncheon, you may drop off your contribution in the car line from 7:15-8:00 AM or you may bring it to the banquet room prior to 10:00am.
